Apollo

Apollo was the Greek god of sun, music, prophecy, archery, and healing. He was the son of Zeus and twin of Artemis. In Rome, he was also called Apollo.

He had a sun chariot, which he drove across the sky. That explained how the sun moved across the sky from morning until night. His sister Artemis was goddess of the moon. Apollo was not Zeus' favorite. Zeus thought he was very annoying because all he did, besides drive his chariot, was play his reed pipes.

I think Apollo is kind of cool because of his chariot, and because he had big muscles.
